Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with ra99

By accessing or using the ra99 platform — whether through a web browser, a mobile device, or any other means — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close any account you have registered with ra99.

Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is a necessary condition for your continued use of ra99. This agreement is formed at the moment you click "I Agree" during the registration process, or at the moment you first log in to an existing account after a revised version of these terms has been published. ra99 recommends that you save or print a copy of these terms for your own records at the time of registration.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policy documents that form part of the same contractual framework between you and ra99. These supplementary documents include the ra99 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms and conditions attached to individual promotional offers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

Access to ra99 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while maintaining an account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ra99 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, or place any wager on the platform. 18+
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual, acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. Use of the platform on behalf of another person, or for commercial purposes, is not permitted without the prior written consent of ra99.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with ra99, nor have an account that is currently suspended or permanently closed by ra99 for any reason.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Persons who lack legal capacity — whether by reason of age, mental incapacity, or any other legal condition — may not register or use the platform.

ra99 takes its age verification responsibilities seriously. At any point, ra99 may require you to provide documentary proof of your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, a passport, or a driving licence. Until satisfactory verification is provided, ra99 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals, suspend gaming activity, or suspend the account entirely.

If ra99 determines at any time that a player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, ra99 reserves the right to void all bets and wagers placed from that account, confiscate any winnings accumulated, and permanently close the account without compensation.

To access the full range of ra99 services — including real-money betting, live casino games, slots, and Texas Hold'em — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are obligated to keep this information current at all times. If any detail changes (for example, your registered mobile number or your primary payment method), you must update your account details promptly.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one single account with ra99. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. ra99 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, ra99 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ra99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. ra99 will never contact you to ask for your password or OTP code. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ra99 immediately at [email protected]. ra99 will take appropriate security measures, which may include temporarily suspending the account while an investigation is conducted.

Account Verification (KYC)

ra99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identity documents at any stage — at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time ra99 deems it necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

ra99 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods accepted for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposit Conditions

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 2 hours of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
• ra99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Full wagering requirement details are set out in Section 5 of these terms and in the specific bonus terms attached to each promotion.

ra99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳25,000 for newly registered accounts, periodic reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events on the Bangladeshi calendar such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have a verified ra99 account in good standing. Players who have been identified as operating duplicate accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, or breaching any other clause of these Terms & Conditions are not eligible for bonuses.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the bonus terms; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the applicable bonus terms.
• Maximum bet while wagering: While wagering a bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round or per bet placement is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided, and any winnings generated by such bets may be confiscated.

Bonus Abuse

ra99 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, coordinating bets with another player to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using any automated or scripted system to interact with ra99 games during a bonus period. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, ra99 may permanently close the accounts involved and withhold all associated balances.

All casino games available on ra99 — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the specific rules defined by its provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Random Number Generators

All ra99 casino games that require an element of chance use certified random number generators (RNGs). • A bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded (late bet).
• The bet forms part of a coordinated pattern of suspicious betting activity.
• The underlying event is subsequently cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play period is completed, as defined in the relevant sport's betting rules.

Texas Hold'em

ra99 Texas Hold'em cash games and tournaments are played against other real players, not against the house. ra99 earns a rake on each pot as compensation for providing the platform. Rake rates are displayed in the Texas Hold'em lobby. Any player found to be colluding with other players, using prohibited software, or otherwise attempting to gain an unfair advantage in the poker room will have their account suspended immediately and any winnings from affected sessions may be confiscated.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction — whether in a casino game, a sports betting platform component, or the Texas Hold'em client — ra99 will investigate the incident and, where necessary, void affected rounds or bets. ra99 is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of a platform malfunction. The principle that applies is: malfunction voids all pays and plays.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ra99 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds associated with the prohibited activity may be confiscated. ra99 also reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits it.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using ra99 to process, convert, or conceal funds obtained from criminal or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately upon detection.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one player account, whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a suspension, or for any other reason, is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, poker hand, or sports betting market is prohibited.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated script, bot, artificial intelligence system, or third-party software to interact with ra99 games or the betting platform in place of genuine human play is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a legitimate ra99 deposit is prohibited. ra99 treats chargebacks as potential fraud and will suspend the relevant account pending investigation.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, software bug, pricing mistake, or system vulnerability in the ra99 platform is prohibited. Players who discover a genuine error are expected to report it to [email protected] promptly.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time when information is requested by ra99 is prohibited.
• Underage play: Any individual under the age of 18 attempting to access, register, or use the ra99 platform is engaging in prohibited conduct, and any adult who facilitates underage access may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Either you or ra99 may close a player account. The conditions and consequences of closure differ depending on which party initiates it and the reason for closure.

Closure by the Player

You may close your ra99 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Before your account is closed, ra99 will process any pending withdrawals of real-money funds (subject to standard KYC requirements). Any remaining bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

If you wish to close your account specifically because you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, ra99 strongly encourages you to request self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protections including barriers to re-registration. Suspension or Closure by ra99

ra99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from ra99.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity linked to the account.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder against a legitimate deposit.
• Identification of a duplicate account held by the same individual.
• Any court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ra99 will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome to the account holder within 14 business days. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the account holder will be notified in writing to the registered email address or mobile number associated with the account.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by ra99 — access to the platform is revoked immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided that the account is not under investigation for fraud or a breach of these terms. Bonus balances and free spin winnings are forfeited upon closure in all circumstances.
